by To say that the Bears may be moving off QB Justin Fields after the season may be an understatement. He has tools such as elite running ability and a strong arm. The marriage between the Bears and Fields is likely coming to an end, especially if the Bears land two top 10 picks with this loading QB class coming up in the draft. The overall theme with the list is that these are GREAT offensive minded coaches. That is what Fields needs along with great weapons around him. Here are 3 teams that I think could revive the career of Justin Fields….
- San Francisco 49ers: I know Brock Purdy seems to be the guy in San Fran, but having Fields in the Shannahan system could be what he needs to grow as a passer. My only worry is that Trey Lance seems to be the same archetype as Fields and it did not work out, but it is worth a shot with Fields.
- Minnesota Vikings: It seems that Minnesota will be moving from Kirk Cousins and may draft a QB in the early 1st round. Taking a flyer on Fields to maybe be the bridge starter and see if they can get a spark out of Fields. Throwing the ball to Justin Jefferson, Jordan Addison, and TJ Hockenson should make life easier for Fields. An inner division change of scenery for Fields could turn his career around.
- Miami Dolphins: Simple explanation here… the coaching is GREAT and I have no doubt that Mike McDaniel can scheme up easy throws and run designs for Fields to be confident and successful. This would most likely be a backup role due to the high success of Tua, but with his injury history it could easily be a great chance for Fields to get into a great organization with great offensive minds in the coaching staff.
