Whether you find it funny or (especially if you’re a Jets fan) pathetic, this goes to show how quickly fans can turn their backs on icons to their team in the world of sports. So let’s just call it vindictive.

All I can say is that it’s going to be a very fascinating retirement ceremony in Green Bay when the time comes for Rodgers to throw in the towel.
It’s an interesting business model as well because on one side you just made national headlines and spiked your awareness and are giving Wisconsin natives an even better excuse to succumb to alcoholism. On the other side, it could make you go broke as hell because the Jets will most likely have a winning record this year and push for a playoff spot. The Jets only have four non-Sunday games (two of them are during holiday weeks), so the bar attendance should be booming as well. Good luck.
